1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions
a. This document constitutes the workshop's terms and conditions and defines the rules of participation. In the case of other documents related to the Workshop, such as the event description, venue regulations, registration form, or service order, these Terms and Conditions complement such documents and are binding in areas not regulated by them.

hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
c. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Workshop organized on May 6, 2025, at The Green Lion Pub (Skeppsbron 9, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden). Participation in the Workshop constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Participation in the Workshop
a. In order to participate in the Workshop, the Participant must register using the registration form provided to the Organizer via the online registration system or another method indicated by the Organizer.
b. The Organizer shall specify in the registration form or order form the required data and information from the Participant. If necessary, due to the nature of the Workshop, the Organizer may additionally require verification, consent for data processing, or submission within a specified deadline.
c. If a Participant registers on behalf of another individual and provides that individual’s data, they must have the appropriate authorization to do so. In the case of registering multiple individuals, each person should complete a separate registration (using a separate account/email address) or express their willingness to participate through a confirmation process.
d. Information and statements related to participation in the Workshop or the ordering of additional services will be sent to the Participant's email address. Any change of email address must be communicated to the Organizer.
e. Participant data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer and Participants
a. The Organizer shall provide the Participant with access to the appropriate areas of the venue where the Workshop takes place, as well as an appropriate form of participation and interaction with other participants.
b. The Organizer may identify Participants using individual accounts in the online registration system or name badges to ensure security and verify entitlements. The Organizer has the right to verify the identity of the Participant.
c. The course of the Workshop may be recorded through photography and audio/video devices and broadcast across various media channels. Participation in the Workshop is public; therefore, a Participant’s image may be documented and used for informational and promotional purposes related to the Workshop, other events, and the Organizer’s activities.
d. The Organizer assumes that the Participant accepts the possibility of having their image recorded and used as part of the Workshop. If the Participant does not agree to such use, they should notify the Organizer.
4. Participant Responsibility
a. The Participant bears full responsibility for their behavior during the Workshop and for any damages caused to other Participants, the Organizer, or third parties during the Workshop.
b. The Participant is obligated to comply with the venue’s regulations where the Workshop is held, as well as with all applicable laws in that location.
c. The Participant is responsible for their personal belongings brought to the Workshop venue.
5. Withdrawal and Changes to Participation
a. The Participant may withdraw from participation in the Workshop free of charge.
b. If the Participant wishes to make changes to their participation or personal data, they must notify the Organizer in accordance with the conditions specified in the Workshop terms.
6.Final Provisions
a. The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes and will be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
b. In case of a breach of the Terms and Conditions by the Participant, or in other significant circumstances, the Organizer may deny access to the Workshop.
c. Any disputes related to participation in the Workshop or the provision of related services shall be governed by the laws applicable at the Organizer’s registered office.
d. These Terms and Conditions come into force upon publication and remain effective until the conclusion of the Workshop.
e. Should the Participant have any questions or doubts regarding the Terms and Conditions, they may contact the Organizer through the available communication channels.
